- Non-Activation of Software: If the software license you purchased is unable to be activated due to a technical issue, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- Invalid or Duplicate Keys: If you receive a license key that is invalid or duplicate, please contact us within 2 days for a full refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please follow the steps below:

- Provide your order number, the software product you purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 12-24 hours.
4. Non-Refundable Products

- Software that has been successfully activated and used.
- Purchased licenses where the issue was caused by user error (such as entering the wrong information).
- Digital products that are no longer supported by the software provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving the software license key, please contact us immediately. If the order is still being processed or hasn't been fulfilled, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Once the software key has been delivered to your dashboard, the cancellation option is no longer available.
